The Journey of Sirajul Islam Rajon: From Graphic Designer to Founder of Rafa Print Pack
I am Sirajul Islam Rajon, and my journey began with a passion for Graphic Design. In 2008, I joined an event management company that specialized in organizing events for various pharmaceutical firms. During my time there, I gained extensive experience with different printing technologies, setting up stalls with diverse printing machines, and handling digital printing, signage, festoons, banners, and various print and packaging products.
In the initial phase of my career, I served as a Production Executive in the printing and packaging department for two years. My dedication and hard work led to a promotion to Production Manager, a role I embraced for an additional three years. This position honed my skills in managing production processes and overseeing the quality of printed materials and packaging solutions.
After my tenure as a Production Manager, I transitioned into the role of a Sales Marketing Executive, where I spent three years expanding my expertise in marketing and sales strategies within the print and packaging industry. This period allowed me to build strong relationships with pharmaceutical and food consumer companies, understanding their specific needs and the types of print and packaging work they required.
My portfolio grew to include:

Working closely with pharmaceutical companies, I developed new products, created various types of dummies, and specialized in inner carton development, metallic printing, synditecture holograms, and lamination techniques.
By 2023, with a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the industry's demands, I decided it was time to venture into entrepreneurship. Driven by a vision to provide superior print and packaging solutions, I established Rafa Print Pack. Our company started with a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, setting a new standard in the print and packaging industry.
Our cutting-edge equipment includes machines like the LMM MANDELLI 153 cutting machine, which has a size of 153 cm and dates back to around 1987, equipped with a sophisticated cutting program.
